The above rates do not include these fees:

• Material Fee: $350/student

• Registration Fee: $150 ($50 from March-April)

• Sports Fee:

  • Varsity Soccer/Volleyball: $250

  • Varsity Basketball: $300

  • JH/JV Soccer/Volleyball/Basketball $90

  • Track: $25 for all participants (Granite City Track Meet- 1 per year)

  • Family Maximum: $750

• Sport Fee for Elementary will be announced

• You may contact the school if you are interested in applying for financial assistance

• There is an early pay discount of 5% available to all families that pay in full by the first day of School (Aug. 31, 2026)

• There is a $800 credit per student for any family that recruits new students or a new family to attend GCS if they stay for the full year and do not receive any discounts. The tuition credit would be applied after the first of the year.

• Tuition will be billed on the 15th of each month, beginning in August, and is due to be paid by the end of the month. COMMUNICATION IS A MUST!

• The cash cost of operation for Grace Christian School is as high as $40k per year above tuition and fees collected.  In addition to meeting any cash expenses not covered by designated gifts, Grace Baptist Church provides the buildings, grounds, vehicles, equipment, administrative and office staff, and janitorial services.  We request that you join us in prayer that this balance will be raised during the school year.  Your gifts to GCS are tax-deductible.  Some local companies offer matching funds for 501(c)3 organizations.  GCS can qualify for these matching gifts.  Help us locate these companies.  Gifts to the tuition assistance fund are also tax-deductible.  Please address any questions regarding finances of the school to the principal, pastors or office manager. Perhaps you have been blessed and contribute to our Tuition Assistance Fund.
